What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your ebike in its original packaging provided it has less than 10 miles on the odometer.
How long is the warranty coverage?
Every Zephyr Ebike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
