Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Ebike
Ensure the bike is in its original condition with less than 10 miles of use, and securely pack it in the original manufacturer's crate to prevent shipping damage.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid freight label and coordinate a professional courier to collect the oversized shipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
